Sean O’Toole was a successful entrepreneur and software developer in the Silicon Valley before his dad convinced him to move to Hawaii and run his real estate magazine. The assignment introduced Sean to the real estate industry, and he successfully invested and flipped homes. Unfortunately, he didn’t enjoy flipping properties or being in the industry during the giant foreclosure period around 2005.

What Sean really enjoyed were the different things he could find in public records. He looked at that data and started writing software to run his business, which eventually became Foreclosure Radar. Looking for the next industry trend, he turned to software again and started Property Radar.

What Sean really did was find a need, develop a solution and now offers it to others. But he also knows that even with all the data at your fingertips, it still takes a story to find the customer and close the sale.

One of his favorite parts of the business is completing land deals because of the complexity of projects and use of creative thinking to make projects a success.

The seven figure a year business has over 600 active clients, with 100 agents making about 50-thousand outbound calls/text a day and setting about 100 appointments with buyers and sellers every day, mostly from Facebook leads.

PowerISA helps clients with their outbound prospecting, generating leads into the database, converting online leads with appointments, and nurturing.
