Nick Foligno, Mike Reilly and Chris Wagner were been placed on waivers Sunday as the Boston Bruins attempt to get salary cap compliant before today's 5pm deadline.

It's not believed these moves are for the purpose of AHL assignment, as all 3 can be recalled once Charlie McAvoy and Brad Marchand are placed on LTIR.

There's reason to believe Reilly will be claimed, though.

Plus, why is Jakub Lauko standing out at training camp?

And host Ian McLaren offers Atlantic Division predictions.

The Boston Bruins dropped a preseason game to the New Jersey Devils on Monday. Coach Jim Montgomery called the shutout loss "a little bit of a flat game for us" as the Black & Gold struggled to generate much offensively.

Several players looking to secure an opening night roster spot failed to inspire much confidence, clouding the bottom 6 projections.

A.J. Greer is one of thise players, and host Ian McLaren discusses why it's taken so long for him to get a real NHL shot.

Plus, could some star players be headed for the Atlantic Division?

Taylor Hall is considered week-to-week with an upper-body injury. Hall was hurt during Boston's preseason win over the Philadelphia Flyers on Saturday afternoon at TD Garden.

Pavel Zacha is taking Hall's place on the second line for now, and head coach Jim Montgomery said three people you think of right away to jump to the top line would be Trent Frederic, Nick Foligno and A.J. Greer.

Really? What about Jake DeBrusk moving back to his natural position?

Plus, Fabian Lysell was banged up but should be good to resume play this week, and Marc McLaughlin, John Beecher, and Chris Wagner step up in the win over the Flyers.

We're halfway through the preseason, folks!
