For Natisha Hiedeman, the road to a regular role in the WNBA was anything but easy. She talks about those difficult early days in today's podcast with host Howard Megdal. Hiedeman details the work that went into turning herself from a second round pick who got cut in her rookie season into a 40-game ironwoman last year who is now tasked with running the offense for the Minnesota Lynx. This, plus her work as an assistant coach with Penn State playing today in the Big Ten Tournament and much more!

It's a predictable pattern: program hires Lindsay Gottlieb, program starts winning big. Ask UCSB, Cal, and now USC, which is in position to do some special things here in March. Gottlieb joins host Howard Megdal to discuss how to put together a modern roster amid the 2024 landscape, what makes JuJu Watkins so special, and much more on the Trojans.

It has been anything but an easy season for Adia Barnes and Arizona. Injuries and team dismissals reduced the Wildcats to just seven players. Walk-ons were added, team culture was reinforced, and along the way Arizona's won enough to put itself into NCAA Tournament contention. Barnes joined host Howard Megdal to take you behind the scenes of all her decisions and what drives her as she takes her alma mater into another important March.
