We're recapping our sweltering weekend at the Women’s Lacrosse League All-Star in Annapolis… from gaining a whole new respect for lacrosse to an unforgettable encounter with a man wearing a "Save Women's Sports" shirt. Babe... we don't need saving. Syd also may or may not have tried bribing the refs (don't worry, she hid the cash where TP would never find it). 

Then we get into TP's smelly flight home, our thoughts on WNBA All-Star rosters, why women's bathrooms are somehow so messy (do better women!), and some absolutely unhinged Would You Rather questions. Let us know your answers in the comments!

Lots of absurdity this week, so let’s get into it. Syd found herself on the receiving end of some brutally honest (and hilarious) criticism from her youngest family members and TP had a front-row seat.

Then there’s the Knicks. After 53 years without a championship, it turns out building a winning team just takes a little brainpower, entertaining players like Josh Hart, and diehard fans like Spike Lee. Timothée Chalamet, meanwhile, hasn’t been alive long enough to earn that championship hat (or those free tickets) when people were literally spending their life savings to get in.

For even more absurdity, we head to Washington, where Agent Orange had the gayest of birthdays. What’s even wilder is how many people side with billion & trillionaires when they’re much closer to the poorest Americans than the ultra-wealthy.

And finally: *Maternal Instinct*. The lengths some people will go to maintain a lie are unbelievable. If there’s a lesson here, it’s trust your gut.

Chip and Yams went to see an animal psychic, and apparently Chip had a lot to get off his chest in his old age. Naturally, Syd made things weird almost immediately.

In Pride Headlines, we're celebrating some of the LGBTQ+ hoopers making noise, including Jessica Shepard and Emily Engstler leading the charge. In a non-pride moment, we also give a well-deserved shoutout to Megan Gustafson for putting in the work and finally getting her moment. We see you, girl. It took a lot of very triggering 15-minute cardio sessions, but you got there.

Plus, we're introducing a brand-new segment: Halftime Headlines. This week, Serena is making a return, Orange is the new brown, America is turning 250, and Trump continues to stay in character by somehow making it all about himself… announcing headliners who apparently never agreed to perform in the first place. Unconsensual, per usual.

We also take a trip down our own Wikipedia pages thanks to Anonymous Ashley bringing this to our attention. The lesson? Be who you are and don't let anyone tell you whether you're a comedian or not.

We’re back in person ahead of TP’s hissy… but getting here was a JOURNEY. Syd’s airport ADHD was on full display while TP pulled the oldest trick in the book: procrastinating moving her car by tying the laces on her slip-on Vans. Syd and TP have been spending a lot of time with kids, and it’s teaching us all A LOT. A 6-year-old at a bounce house asked an important question for which TP had no answer. Gymnastics resumed. Syd got her biggest wish - another class clown in her family tree. 

Since y’all can’t let us take a vacation in peace, Syd clears the air on retirement, injury, and where her dream final minutes would be played. 

TP is having a little "hissy" (her words), otherwise known as a hysterectomy. No more pain, no more blood infusions. You’ll never guess what she wants to be called when she wakes up. She's kidding. Mostly.

Plus: the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act and Louisiana is just the start, WNBA valuations are breaking records, ESPN dropped a Top 50 list that was clearly designed as rage bait, and Gen Z rookies are TikToking in the locker room after getting cut. And we couldn’t even tell a joke on the bus after a loss?
