In this episode, we talk philosophy! You have probably heard people say something like "you choose who you are," "you choose your destiny," "only YOU can become YOU," or "there are only laws and values because they are accepted as beneficial by society." This episode will explore such ideas by looking at some of the basic tenants of Jean-Paul Sartre's Existentialism: anxiety, despair, nothingness, absurdity, value, and freedom. As such, we will discuss the origins of said phrasings and ways of thinking and their implications. But the title has the famous Roe Vs. Wade trial in it? “What does that have to do with a highly nuanced word such as Existentialism?” you might be asking yourself. Tune into this episode to find out the relationship we draw between Roe Vs. Wade and Existentialism!

In this episode, we have a guest on to talk about Theology of the Body! Dr. Ignatik is from Poland, a father, a husband, and a professor at our seminary. However, his particular qualification to discuss Theology of the Body is his intimate knowledge of St. Pope John Paul II and his work's. Having initially ben interested in JPII's philosophy, he then entered into JPII's theology, translating several of JPII's works and written works about JPII's thought. He is a published author, and now continues to teach JPII at our seminary.Enjoy this conversation. In this episode, we have "The Talk". No, not the one where the Silver Back Gorilla obviously beats a grizzly bear, but the one were a wholesome discussion of contraception and sex are the topics of conversation. This week, however, we have a special guest! Fr. Dylan James studied Bio-Ethics, received his doctorate in moral theology, and is both a professor and formator at our seminary. Fr. James is not only academically qualified to speak about this matter, his pastoral experience renders him a perfect candidate to discuss the importance of this topic as well as some of it’s practical implications and practices.Enjoy this episode; And, as always, God bless.

In this episode, we break down a country/blues song we have learned to appreciate by an artist we have also learned to love. Follow You to Virgie, in our opinion, shows a Mark Twainesque story about sacrifice and love, reflecting on the person's upbringing and man's need to comfort those who provided for him in his time of need. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did producing it, and may God continue to Bless You!

In this episode, we talk about metaphysics. Is it the physics that takes place in the MetaVerse? No. Not possible because it is virtual reality. But, if you thought physics was a demanding field of study? You would be correct, but it is not as abstract metaphysics. Do we do justice to Metaphysics? Absolutely not, but we hope this conversation will, at the very least, introduce you to a branch of philosophy that the Church takes very seriously and we think is foundational for serious growth in the intellectual life. Enjoy! Please share our content, and consider visiting our website and submitting episode suggestions as well as questions for future episodes. As always, God Bless!
