It may have taken 20 years to find Mary Alice Maloney but she has been identified. How she got to La Vergne Tennessee from Connecticut is a mystery but what happened to her and why is the biggest puzzle. Her beautiful mixed races of Puerto Rican and African descent made it a challenge for genetic genealogists from the DNA Doe Project to build out a family tree. But they found her extended relatives and gave her back her name.
Now we need to know who took her life. If you have any information on what happened to Mary Alice in Spring of 2007 near Nashville TN, please contact the La Vergne PD at 615-793-7744
