This episode will teach you what to do when you want to eat something you said you weren't going to. Any time we move away from foods we are used to eating there will be discomfort - and a lot of it! I teach you how to handle it in this episode!
We often think, "If I just had more will power, I could be thin." Will power is not the answer my friends. If it were, we would all be thin. Will power doesn't work because it runs out. We only get a very small amount of it every day! This is one of my all time favorite hacks to losing weight for the last time! I can't wait for you to listen!

Heads up for an extra-super-duper-crazy-special episode. You’ve been warned!
Yum Mum Alum Leonora joined me for an episode to talk about all the ways the Yummy Mummy Experience (YMX) changed her personal experience of food, eating, and her body for the better.
From her middle-school age days of writing to “fat camps” to request program catalogs to eating grapefruit and rice cakes in college, Leonora held onto stories from a very young age that her body was not as it should be.
And Leonora was the first to say that even though she shed 40 pounds in 4 months inside YMX, what REALLY impacted her on a daily basis was the shedding of those STORIES she carried about her body, her weight, and her worthiness for so many years.
Like that her body was too ugly to be seen in bathing suits or revealing clothes (relatable much?).
As a result of the work she’s done in YMX, Leonora finally loves her body unconditionally.
I love her story so much because it really drives home that this work is NOT just about calculating the number of pounds you’ve lost. The TRUE gift is the freedom from those painful stories you’ve believed about yourself, and creating love between yourself and your body.

Fasten your seatbelts, it’s going to be a bumpy ride – in the BEST way.
Yum Mum Alum Sarah Crystal joined me for an episode where she shared her real-life transformation, and I DO mean transformation because guys, her life AND the life of her family has totally changed for the better.
Sarah talked about her lifetime of body image struggles that started as a young woman and finally peaked after her 3 pregnancies “wrecked her body.” She gained 100 pounds and felt a stranger in her own skin.
After having a tummy tuck and breast lift surgery to correct her muscle damage, Sarah thought that FINALLY, her lifelong negative thoughts about her body would disappear. That’s what we’re told is the ultimate solution, right? Get skinny and your problems are solved.
In the Yummy Mummy Experience, we know that’s not the case…
And it wasn’t long before Sarah’s weight fluctuated again because she hadn’t solved the UNDERLYING issue of her recurrent weight gain. Because there is always an underlying issue.
NOT ONLY did Sarah get a body transformation by doing the Yum Mum work, but there were ripple effects on her marriage and across her whole life.
You guys... This episode is just. So. Good.

I tried every diet, cleanse, trainer, you name it to lose weight. It never worked. This episode addresses why it never works and what does work. Losing weight is not a matter of calories in, calories out! It's all about balancing your hunger hormones. In this podcast, and this episode in particular, I teach you how to do just that to make losing weight for the last time doable and eventually very easy.

Losing weight for the last time is like finding your perfect recipe, except it’s a recipe for your LIFE.
You mix in a few ingredients very intentionally, incorporate it all together, and at the end you have a specific, desired result. BOOM.
But you’ve spent years trying programs like 75 Hard or the 21 Day Fix and never got any weight loss that lasts. Why should the Yummy Mummy Experience (YMX) be any different?
Here’s the thing – those other programs are missing KEY ingredients for weight loss. The recipe was flawed from the start. It’s like trying to make chicken stir fry without chicken! You can’t create a result from something that just isn’t there.
In YMX, we do things a liiiittle differently. Not only are we taking a science-backed approach to regulating your hunger hormones, balancing your blood sugar, and using your brain to work FOR you instead of against you…
We’re also doing that deep internal work of self-love. Oh, yes. It’s NOT ENOUGH to just want to be skinny. You cannot hate yourself thin. YMX will help you create lasting emotional and mental changes to take you FAR past the physical transformation you’ll get.
You’ll be free to enjoy your life again. FINALLY.
This episode will help you understand why YMX consistently gets women out of the trap of feeling not good enough while helping them lose weight for the last time.

WHAT A TREAT to sit down with this special guest to chat with her about her very unique dual experience of taking semaglutide (AKA: Ozempic, Wegovy) while participating in the Yummy Mummy Experience (YMX).
In case you’re not familiar, semaglutide is having A MOMENT right now.
It was developed to treat patients with type 2 diabetes, but since it acts to suppress your hunger hormones and makes you feel full, this drug has become VERY appealing to a lot of people from a weight loss perspective.
While everyone’s talking about the weight loss factor of this “magic pill,” what’s definitely not-so-magical (or talked about as much) are the very real side effects.
But that’s changing with this episode, because Yum Mum alum Kimberly is giving us all the deets: the pros, the cons, the realities of semaglutide weight loss while enrolled in YMX.

Just a few weeks ago, I gave you How to Thrive Through The Holidays as a bonus episode. Now it’s time to revisit the Holiday Survival Guide.
If the idea of a guide to thrive made you feel like, “Whoa, wait, I can’t even imagine a holiday where I thrive, I just want to get through it,” THIS episode will show you how.
I’m willing to bet there are people in your life during the holiday season that make you want to pull your hair out, hide in the basement – or worse – eat ALL THE THINGS.
This episode is the best thing I can teach you, short of you actually controlling the people in your life. Which newsflash: we can't do.
Holiday survival means knowing how to navigate food and your body and weight, yes, but it’s also about relationships, to-do’s, and overwhelm. You should enjoy the holidays if you want to enjoy them! And cross my heart, this episode is going to help.

Joining me for this episode are Courtney, Jennifer, and Riley, 3 Yum Mum alums who are sharing their before and after weight loss stories.
Get your tea, cocoa, coffee, whatever it is READY because you're going to want to cozy up and listen in to get all the deets on their Yummy Mummy Experience (YMX).
Courtney "spent an obscene amount of money" over decades (yes, plural, decades) in her attempts to lose weight for the last time. She's now lost 26 pounds and counting.
Jennifer described herself as "paralyzed and sitting on the sidelines" of her busy twin mom life because of the weight she wanted to lose. She's now lost 43 pounds and counting.
Riley was misdiagnosed as diabetic and used to over-exercise in a cycle of punishment/reward for what she ate. After YMX, she's not only lost weight but finds joy in movement.
It's SO GOOD, you guys. These episodes are my favorite because these women's stories are SO important.
