We talk about mental health in the dance world and everyday life, what it means to be a Latina in entertainment, and a little bit about her journey in this space.

For this week's episode we bring on a fellow comedian, Alex Avila. He is a host at the Hood Bar in Palm Dessert and was recently featured in Coachella's Brewing's Comedy Fest with over 30 comedians. We play some games, discuss what it's been like navigating the comedy scene, and he gives us a bit or two so get ready for me to get roasted and laugh.
