Life does not always hand us what we had planned but usually it leads us to what we need. This is exactly what happened to a pair of musicians who had big plans, when life gave them something completely different. 

Today's love story belongs to Phöenix and Justin. Those are their real names, but their fans know them as Fawkes & Hownd. They are two very talented singer songwriters, both individually and as a duo. And they're creating a rich tapestry in their shared experience of life.

Nashville was home before the pandemic but these lovebirds have landed far from that musical epicentre, and are now nesting in the tiny community of Salt Spring Island in BC. 

No matter what life throws at them, their faith in their relationship will always let them enjoy what they have.
