This weeks Podcast is a cut out from our daily Sunrise Club.
Forgiving others who hurt us or our loved ones isn’t easy.
Why shall I forgive someone who has hurt me badly? I don't want to forgive the person, the person doesn't deserve to be forgiven!
Yes that might be correct, that person does not deserve to be forgiven, but you deserve to be happy! And as long as you hold onto the blame and accusation YOU are the one who experiences the pain over and over again, NOT the other person!
By forgiving:
🌿 you get your power back instead of making someone else power over your wellbeing & life
🌿 you experience a peaceful heart and therefore you begin to love more
🌿 you leave the past be the past and don't experience they pain from the past over and over again
🌿 drop the heavy bag and and begin to walk through your life in lightness
🌿 you'll find it easier to be more compassionate with yourself and others

If we are being criticised by someone it can be really devestating for us.
I see in my coachings how criticism and the fear of what others might think about you are the biggest mental hold backs.
How often do you feel criticized by other people? And how do you react?
Are you able to stay calm and think: 'Hmmm, that persons opinion is interesting...'
or do you react with a counter-attack or a counter-criticism?
What you need to realise is that if someone is critisizing you, it doesn't say anything about YOU, it only says something about THEM. In the persons statement or criticism you can see their fears, their thoughts, their emotions, their doubts, their limiting believes etc...
You don't have to take things personally.
However if crisicism hits you badly and hurts terribly, then it might be the echo from your own inner critic. You might be most likely thinking and believing exactly that what the other person criticised on you, about yourself...
In this week's Podcast I am speaking about how to deal with criticism and how to turn in into positive for you and not against you.

Today I have a wonderful guest in my Podcast, Deborah Robinson @twodaysjourney.life
Deborah and her partner are currently living a fulfilling life in Portugal. It was never their plan to move to Portugal , they were going to travel and sail but their life's journey led them to this
beautiful destination.
Deborah is sharing with us today what led to her current lifestyle and how she followed her heart and quit her job despite feeling anxious and uncertain and being advised by everyone not to do that.
Deborah and Chris are a couple, both over 50, with a plan for living and going on adventures. They want to live the second half of their lives with purpose. A few years years ago, they had a plan to go travelling and as the desire for adventure grew, they explored the possibility of travel by sail. Chris suffered an unexpected heart attack and it seemed their travel dreams by sea were over...
