If there is one thing I wish I would have started much earlier, then it's meditation!!
I didn't always think this way. If you would have asked me 4 years ago to meditate I would have gratefully declined as I believed meditation was NOT for me. I was very sceptical about it, it looked boring to me and just weird sitting in a crossed leg pose doing nothing.
But then 3.5 years ago I did give it a chance and to my big surprise, I loved it and it was anything that boring.
Since I started, I've meditated almost every single day and I can honestly say, this has hugely changed my life. I feel much happier, less stressed & more relaxed, more patient, compassionate & loving with myself and others and much more focused and conscious.
