I had the incredible privilege of chatting with Carly Compton recently about body image, embracing health at every size and recovering from dieting, disordered eating and eating disorders.
Carly is a HAES advocate, and an eating disorder survivor turned eating disorder therapist. When I discovered her social media, I was instantly hooked (if you are a client, you will know her well from my frequent sharing)! She uses her platform to educate on systems of oppression that perpetuate disordered eating & eating disorders, how to advocate for weight neutral health care, and live a life without dieting.
