I’m going to play a preview of episode 277 on the murder of Lise Fredette, a 74-year-old woman who failed to show up for her shift in Walmart in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Her daughter drove over to her home, and when she pulled up outside, she observed her car parked in the driveway. She headed up the drive but was stopped in her tracks by a large pool of blood on the ground. An investigation into her whereabouts got underway, and suspicion immediately fell upon an ex-boyfriend who had refused to accept that the relationship was over.
