Then, The plaintiff says her son dated the defendant and they allegedly have a child, but she has doubts about the paternity because she heard the defendant is a prostitute. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test and is suing her for property damage. The defendant says the plaintiff doesn’t like her, and she’s countersuing for defamation.
