#59 My awesome guests this week are Chris and Belinda Kay. If ever there was a hero's journey, these guys have been on it! They have big hearts and even bigger amounts of courage that is infectious. This is an extremely inspiring podcast from a couples perspective that 'do the work'. With a background in law enforcement, Chris had been suffering from depression and PTSD. On the flip-side, Belinda had joined Let It In Academy (the very first time I ran it).. She was learning all the things I teach from meditation, neuroscience of change, energy centers... she was even the first person to receive a group intention experiment (listen to Lynne Mctaggart's interview here).
