Welcome back, thank you for tuning in! This week I'm trying something different, a new 'diary entry' style podcast ep with snippets every day from my meditation experiences. I love the mindset of being open to trying new things and treating your life a bit like a science experiment - mixing things up, adding new things in to your routine etc. just to see if it can lead to something better! And if it fails, you've learnt something!
So I challenged myself to seven days of consistent daily meditation practice to prove to myself I could do it and to get back into meditating - needed some calm and clarity in my life!! Listen to find out how I found the week of meditation and whether I'll now be setting off to Tibet to become a monk.
