This week on the pod we have my good friend Nicole Tsang to share her honest experiences with the ups and downs of mental health in the hopes that it helps you to better understand mental health in yourself and in others. Nicole has some incredibly helpful analogies for thinking about the way our brains work and has such a high level of emotional intelligence that I'm sure you'll all take something useful away from our chat which you can apply to your life.
We spoke about Nicole's experiences with therapy, specifically CBT and counselling, so if you have ever considered seeking professional help, think it might be a benefit to you or maybe want to but don't think you're eligible, I hope this episode can show you the value of these tools.
