Kai started in the industry in 1998 fresh from finishing his A-levels as the Office Junior in a single office independent company in Taunton. This was followed by a large national firm who took over the previous company but it wasn’t long before a change was required and in 2001 joined Bradleys in the Taunton office.

After 18 months he become the Branch Manager, Kai then ran the office until 2014 when he became the Group Marketing Manager. In 2019 Kai joined the Board of Directors of Bradleys.
