Today I'm talking about 5 ways you can have a medicinal effect in this world just by you existing. This is by no means THE way but I personally believe these are incredible ways you can meet humans where they are & herald in a new generations of humans that don't have to keep perpetuating pain & trauma because they haven't been shown another way to be.

We're talking specifically about:
1. Being authentic & transparent - meeting people where they are and walking alongside them, rather than speaking down to them, & being open about what life is really like as a human.

2. Embracing being fully human & honouring our cyclical nature as animals, rather than continuing to prioritise & glamourise the aspects of our cycle that are outwardly productive.

3. Acknowledging our own uniqueness & creating space for others to be who they are, even (& especially!) if that's different from us & if that's different from who they used to be.

4. Becoming emotionally intelligent & learning how to hold & process our emotions so we don't keep projecting our pain onto others. This for me is probably THE MOST IMPORTANT way we can be a role model for other people, especially our precious young ones, so we don't keep inflicting cycles of avoidance & punishment because we've never been taught how to feel. *Trigger warning* I do talk about a case of historical sexual abuse in my family that has recently been processed through the Courts so if this is a sensitive subject for you, permission to skip this.

5. Cultivating true self-love & self-worth, which is an on-going journey, but an incredibly meaningful one because we unconsciously put a lot of pressure & expectations onto others when we don't feel worthy as we are.

In this episode I'm leaving no stone unturned and sharing the good, the bad & the vulnerable around answering my soul calling and stepping out in my purpose even though I had no certainty, just unwavering hope that there must be a better way. Let’s normalise having human emotions!  We're talking all about true emotional intelligence - or what I prefer to call emotional wisdom - and we're truly so much more magical & powerful for having emotions - not less! 

Feeling  doesn’t mean that anything’s gone wrong. Feeling  doesn’t mean that you need to fix things right away. They can just mean you’re humaning perfectly. They can just mean that you’re actually processing life.
