The Orlando Magic have a lot of players due for a bounce-back this season if they are going to take their next step. It starts with Jonathan Isaac, a potentially elite defender rediscoveirng his offense and finding his rhythm on defense after struggling through last season.

He is not the only one playing for a lot this season. Jett Howard has struggled to find his chance in his first two seasons in the NBA. He needs to find a way to earn his opportunity and make the most of it when it comes, or he could find himself off the team quickly.

The next generation is waiting in the wings. Noah Penda is looking for his chance too. And he could develop quickly into a player who will demand playing time for this team.
