    In 2019, the twelve person task force formed with the goal to prepare a report for Hockey Nova Scotia’s board of directors. Then, in the fall of 2020, they asked Nova Scotians to share their stories and make suggestions on how to make hockey better. Over 800 Nova Scotians responded to this request.
    Dean Smith is the Chair of the Hockey Nova Scotia Diversity & Inclusion Task Force.
