Having Benita as a guest was a happy accident that turned into a very interesting and inspiring episode. We met during the Canadian Massage Conference during an ice breaker game aimed at helping the therapists connect and get to know one another. Benita felt like she already knew us from being a listener and after running into each other multiple times in different classes, demos, on the trade show floor, and finally during the International Massage and Bodywork expo, we invited her to grab a mic and record there on the spot.
