Terry Harding is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist based in Joliet, Illinois. She founded the terrytalks blog in 2016 to share my natural health and nutrition experience with the world.

She first began my journey through self-study and research in 2006 when her own family had health conditions that stemmed from poor eating habits and bad food choices.
