Dr. Kelly Starrett is back on the podcast and it's a banger! The big picture here is that the current medical establishment is not in the business of keeping you healthy. They are there to treat medical emergencies and we need to look at them as victims of the medical establishment. 

I wanted to chat a lot about kids and how to keep them healthy and active. He created an interesting foundation called Standup Kids to get standing desks into schools and this hits home now that one of my kids is in school. 

Ultimately, Kelly wants to instruct the next generation on how to manage pain, on their own, without having to seek medical attention. This would have a monumental impact on the healthcare system and allow doctors to genuinely treat serious ailments.
