Trevor Gibbs started MANBAR in his kitchen in Austin, TX and spent two years formulating the recipe to bring a delicious, clean-ingredient, nutrient-dense meat stick to market.  The idea was born at the intersection of three of his interests - hunting, cooking, and an active lifestyle.  Trevor's desire to provide a product with real utility for hardworking people who take pride in their work and relationships has been at the root of every decision.  MANBAR aims to inspire people to get back on the land by highlighting all of the great work being done around regenerative agriculture and also providing exposure to hunting.
