She has four amazing kids that are growing up WAY too fast! She is a pastor’s wife that is down to earth and wants to make a difference in her church family and community through the truth of God’s word. This desire to make an impact on her community flows into her being a school counselor that works with elementary students. Raylee is a regular girl that God has taken on an amazing adventure in the most normal way. She loves her God, her people, and a great conversation over a great cup of coffee!Courtney Matlock has had a front row seat to ministry life since birth as a “preachers kid” - but officially as a ministry wife since 2003. Courtney is married to her college sweetheart, Douglas Matlock & the mom to 3 girls, 1 geriatric Yorkie & 1 giddy Goldendoodle! Courtney loves pursuing her calling as a high school Family & Consumer Science teacher, where she get to share the light of Jesus with students from all walks of life. She also is passionate about hospitality, especially taking meals to new mamas & hopefully getting a baby snuggle or two! Show notes:Chicken Enchilada Recipe: (Recipe from Denise Lopez) 20-25 frozen chicken taquitos (corn tortilla version) 1 can Rotel 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can green enchilada sauce 1 ½ cups of Chedder or Monterey Jack cheese Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer pan with frozen taquitos.  Mix Rotel, soup, and enchilada sauce; pour over taquitos. Top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Hospitality Hints: How to Transport SoupTo learn more about Feast with Kristi McLelland, visit lifeway.com/feast.
