This might surprise some of you but there are experienced marketers out there who really love creativity. Josh Dean is one of them. 

He's been the CMO at S'well (post-plastic bottles and containers), he's CMO'd Tommy John, he had a ten-year stint at Unilever, and he was VP of Brand Communications at Chobani.
