Retired prop, Martin Castrogiovanni aka Castro, earned 119 caps for Italy and talks about what he learned from his time in the national team when winning matches were few and far between. He also shares why his 7 years with Leicester Tigers was his favourite rugby experience, the truth behind those Las Vegas party photos and why he thinks Italy would make a great host country for the Rugby World Cup. 

Plus, of course, Lawrence and the team take a look at all the action from Round 1 of the Six Nations including the positives for England despite their defeat to Scotland, why Italy are now serious opponents in the game and how the benefits of the Ireland Rugby set up can be seen on the field.
