The opening 7 week slog of the URC came to an end with all provinces in action.

Ulster continue cruising and we chat about their big new signings. 

Round 3 is in the books and its unfortunately another loss for Connacht.  We recap the game and try to figure out what is going wrong.

Hugh Foley has had an unbelievable season this year in the amateur ranks and made history.

URC 2022/23 season kicked off this weekend with all provinces in action.

Leinster sneak out of Italy with a win, Munster looked sluggish in a defeat and Ulster destroy a lifeless Connacht in Belfast.

URC is back so I got some friends on to discuss each province and chat about the year ahead.
