I am now two and a half months into my year long sama and it is becoming abundantly clear that one of the big lessons Ayahuma is teaching me, is about mastering my sexual energy. This is because sexual energy is the most powerful force on the planet, a force so strong that it can create life.

However, as we know from the law of polarity, we live in a dualistic world and that everything has its north pole and its south pole, so if sexual energy has the ability to create it also has the ability to destroy.
