Intuition is the ability to understand something immediately, without the need for conscious reasoning. Some people call it a hunch or a gut feeling. Something you know in the blink of an eye. Steve Jobs once said that intuition is more powerful than intellect.
 
Affirmations help develop intuition. Use affirmations in your meditation, and throughout the day. Write three affirmations on the back of your business cards then randomly pick a card and read the affirmations on the card you picked. You will find that it is the perfect affirmations you need. I’ll read a list of affirmations. Repeat them silently to yourself. You will find them on the description part of this episode.

1. I am loving, lovable and loved.
2. I follow my path with joy.
3. I succeed naturally and gracefully in life.
4. I express myself with ease and confidence.
5. My presence is appreciated and recognized.
6. I trust and respect myself.

 We have a special guest on the show today, Ernesto Robles. Listen as Ernesto shares his path of overcoming his fear of dogs and where he is today on his journey as a Dog Behaviorist.

Ernesto is a very dear long-time friend and has participated in almost all of my classes including the group coaching classes. When I first met Ernesto, he was a real estate agent. I saw him transition from that profession to working with dogs. His story is not an ordinary story. Ernesto is featured in my book, Masterfesto, The Joy of Mastery. 

Ernesto is a Master in his field. He is passionate about his work with dogs. He is a Certified Dog Obedience Trainer and so much more. He is a Dog Behaviorist. He works with feelings, emotions, and the behaviors of the dog and how to balance those emotions.  

Ernesto is one of the world’s greatest Dog Behaviorists taught by the “Dog Whisperer" himself, Cesar Milan. Ernesto has been a guest in the show, Dog Whisperer. And featured in Cesar Milan’s books. He and Cesar Milan are good friends taking on projects together. 

Ernesto is dedicated to his work. He has been featured in Time magazine and has traveled to different parts of the world including China. He is committed to making a difference with dogs and their human parents.

We have a special guest on the show today, Mohara Devi. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and continues studying many forms of yoga. Her yoga studio, Source Studio in Riverside, California is one of the most successful yoga studios I know. She has a large teaching staff of dedicated teachers. The classes include Kundalini Yoga, Areal Yoga, Tribal Belly Dance, Bolly X, Pop Pilates and so much more including a fun get you moving Zumba class.    

She studied Hinduism in India, Prenatal Yoga in in Sweden. Her travels also include the Buddhist Temple in Thailand.  Mohara is a yogi and a healer with a heart of gold and a spirit of pure love.

Episode 22 Lena Solis Aguilera is our special guest today. Lena is a long-time friend and colleague. When I retired from teaching, I wrote and published a book, Mr. Worm, Sr. Gusano. I offered free assemblies to schools. Lena was one of my first schools to do a presentation. I presented my book to the whole student body, then a more intimate presentation to her class. I was so impressed with space she provides for her students. Love and love of learning is present. Lena is an outstanding caring teacher.  

Lena’s passion and love is also present in her spirituality. She actively contributes to her church: prepares people for their sacraments., and prepares people for their retirement. In her spare time, LOL she manages the giftshop at the church.

Lena is serious about her education. She has a Master’s degree in Mexican American Studies, and is getting her second Masters on Pastoral Theology. Lena is committed to making a difference.

Episode 21  Today, we are celebrating my birthday! I want you to laugh, have fun and drop all the significance on aging……... You don’t stop laughing when you grow old; you grow old when you stop laughing.  

The topic for today is Joy of Aging. Is there a point where we decide we’re too old?  And is there joy in aging? Do you think society is kinder to men than woman when it comes to aging? Men look distinguished, and women just look old. 

Let’s look for the joy.  No one expects you to run—anywhere. And things that you buy now won’t wear out. Your brain cells are finally down to a manageable size. Being young can be beautiful but being old sure is comfortable. Aging is such a nice change from being young. Some people dread getting older because they think that they won’t be able to do all the things they want to do. But when they’re older, they’ll find that they really don’t want to do them.

Episode 20 Mastering Happiness using The Trilateral Mind Connection TMC with meditation. Happiness is a state of mind. Therefore, it can be intentional and strategic. you can experience being happy even when circumstances aren’t aligned with happiness. This session will help you with being in the state of happiness. 

Could you use more happiness? Imagine how your life could be if you were happy all of them time, or at least most of the time. Happiness is a gift you give yourself, and I is contagious. Happiness builds on itself. A happy person projects a positive self-image, courage, and inner strength. When you are happy, you value your life and the life of others. You become more caring and compassionate. People feel good when they are in your presence. 

Being happy is not only about feeling good; your health can also improve as your happiness grows; a better immune system; a boost in creativity; greater self-control; better coping skills; more fulfilling relationships; more productive.  A completely better life. A Mayo Clinic study found that happy people lived longer. Notice that happy people smile a lot. They are playful and have a sense of humor. They are naturally curios. They express gratitude. 

Through the guided meditation, I will help you increase your happiness using the Trilateral Mind Connection by using the subconscious mind to increase the production of happy brain chemicals, endorphins and serotonin.

Episode 19 is on building confidence. It takes work to build confidence. You start by keeping your word and completing what you start. You give up all fear of speaking up for yourself. You believe in yourself. When you are confident, you are clear and focused on your values. You have no reservation about committing to your goals. You remain alert and focused. You can routinely block out negative thoughts that are in the way of your goals. You are filled with independence and determination. 

 To fully listen to this episode and get the impact, you need to put yourself in the wise adult mode of listening and thinking. If you find yourself tired, bored or confused, it’s then inner-child or adult child listening. Change the mode of listening or go back to the episodes on inner-child healing. Maybe your inner-child needs your attention. 

In this episode, I will guide you in a meditation session on building more confidence. I will use the Trilateral Mind Connection Theory. Through Trilateral Mind Connection, we work together to reprogram the mind and connect to the brain and body to eliminate old, hurtful, and unnecessary beliefs that we acquired since childhood and replace them with new, helpful, and powerful thoughts of confidence.
