Well, look what happened on Sunday. Nebraska football and coach Matt Rhule have been dragged into the biggest conversation in college football after the firing of James Franklin as coach at Penn State. Franklin shockingly lost three consecutive games, capped Saturday by a home defeat against Northwestern. It was too much for the school to withstand. So Rhule’s friend from Temple, AD Pat Kraft, pulled the plug on Franklin after 11-plus seasons. 

Will Kraft go after Rhule, as many are speculating? Will Rhule consider his alma mater if presented with the opportunity?
