Emily Bett Rickards is the star of the new film Queen of the Ring. She plays Mildred Burke, one of the most influential wrestling icons of all time. The movie tells the story of Mildred as she achieved superstardom and paved the way for generations of women wrestlers to come.

Emily tells us about her physical transformation to play Mildred, what it was like to learn so much about wrestling and why the role has affected her emotionally.
