Marie started her McKinsey career in Germany as a consultant, and after earning her MBA at INSEAD, transitioned into a people role in Amsterdam. Now she is one of the firm’s global recruiting leaders and is incredibly passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is a mother of three and maintains a healthy lifestyle by cycling to the office every day.
