Gui started Meditation in his early 20s, being initiated on his spiritual path in a mystic philosophy originated in the traditions of the Ancient Egyptian Mystery Schools. Since then he has been studying and travelling the world  benefiting from the practice of meditation and now teaching others how to do it too. 

In this episode, I speak to Gui about the traps of modern living and how to overcome it with this simple and profound practice and how both of our stories and experiences  converge to share the benefits of meditation. 

Gui also shares a deep and blissful  guided meditation towards the end of the conversation so you leave on a high. This will help you get in touch with your real essence - so you get to experience it for yourself!
