“Manifestation” and the “Law of Attraction” are two of the more popular global spiritual trends. There are thousands of meditations centered around and promising both. “Think the right thought, feel the right feeling – and it’s yours.” Still, there are so few of us who seem to make it a reality. It’s not your fault! Why? The core block is because we’re trying to pour something new into an already full cup. Our hearts and our minds are filled to the brim with old stories, judgements and conditionings. We hardly have room to add in thoughts or intentions for something else. 

This 11-minute energy clearing meditation invites you to release anything that is no longer serving you.

Before listening, find a quiet space where you can dedicate yourself just to this practice. It is preferable for you to be seated or lying down and in a place where you can close your eyes and be free from all distractions. Do not play or use this meditation while operating machinery or completing responsibilities where you need to focus.
