Enjoy this new guided meditation for transcendence, using a vibration with Binaural beats to help us go beyond our thoughts, beyond the opinion of who we are, in order to experience who we really are at the core of our being.
Transcript from the Introduction:
I call these meditations for transcendence because this is what we do here. We aim to transcend the ego. In certain cultures, such as Buddhism, for example, it is believed that by transcending the ego, which is that common sense of individual self created, only really by a sum of thoughts and ideas and maybe concepts or symbols, we're able to experience symbiosis with what might be referred to as the one mind or God, or consciousness, cosmic consciousness or the universe, nature, however you want to call it.
And that means that if you go beyond - to transcend means to go beyond - if you go beyond who you think you are, you are able to experience who you really are at the very core of your being.
