Have you forgotten what the Earth does for you? Each and every day you walk on its surface…play in its waters ... ... ..valleys and forests …..breathe in its air…. enjoy the sun… stars and moon…..We take her for granted…..

The intention of today’s healing meditation is to connect deeply with the planet we call home……and give thanks to Mother Earth. Lets invoke….calling forth our Spirit, Spirit guides and Mother Earth…Gaia…. as we honor her beauty…and wisdom. Protect her and give gratitude for her …and so it is and so be it

Find a comfortable position lying down…….. and gently close your eyes…….

Take a moment to become aware of your breath……………. Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and each exhale……….. Let your breath be slow and natural…….. allowing yourself to relax fully into this moment……..PAUSE

As you continue to breathe deeply………. envision yourself surrounded by the beauty of nature……

Picture yourself in a serene outdoor setting……. perhaps by a sparkling river…… under the shade of a majestic tree……..or atop a mountain peak with a panoramic view…….PAUSE

Feel the Earth beneath you……..supporting and cradling you with its infinite strength and stability…… 

Connect with the energy of the Earth………. allowing it to flow freely through your body……grounding you in the present moment……

Bring your attention to your feet…..feel your feet firmly spreading like roots of a tree into the soil and earth beneath you……once you feel rooted and grounded….now feel the earth’s energy pulling up from your feet to your knees…your upper legs and the rest of your body…until it settles at your head……PAUSE

Feel it pool at your head and crown and then rush up and out your head…………

Now the energy shifts……feel the pull from the top of your head downward through your body to your feet……PAUSE

You are one with the earth…energy….energy cursing downward….energy cursing upward…..PAUSE

Now……... .bring your awareness to the sights and sounds of nature around you………

Listen to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze…….the soothing melody of birdsong……. and the rhythmic flow of water nearby…………PAUSE

Allow yourself to be fully immersed in the symphony of life that surrounds you………

Take a moment to express gratitude for the Earth and all its wonders………..

Reflect on the beauty and abundance that it provides………from the air we breathe to the food we eat…….and the breathtaking landscapes that inspire and nourish our souls…….PAUSE

With each breath………. send love and appreciation to the Earth…….. honoring its sacredness and acknowledging our interconnectedness with all living beings……..PAUSE

Visualize this love and gratitude radiating out from your heart………. enveloping the planet in a warm embrace………..

As you continue to breathe deeply……….imagine yourself becoming one with the Earth……merging your energy with its vast and ancient wisdom……….PAUSE

Feel a sense of unity and harmony with all of creation………. knowing that we are all interconnected and interdependent…………..

In this state of deep connection……… take a moment to set an intention for how you can honor and protect the Earth in your daily life………….

 Whether it's reducing your carbon footprint……..supporting environmental causes……or simply spending more time in nature……… commit to taking action to care for our planet……PAUSE
