In today’s episode, 2:27 marathoner and BYU alum Aubrey Frentheway joins Karen, Rachel, and Megan just days before she lines up for the Chicago Marathon. Aubrey is coached by the legendary Ed Eyestone and trains alongside elite runners like Keira D'Amato and Makenna Myler. She made her marathon debut in Chicago last year, clocking 2:35, and followed it up with a massive 2:27 breakthrough at Grandma’s Marathon this summer. Now she’s heading back to Chicago with momentum on her side.

In addition to sharing about Chicago, Aubrey talks about the balance of training at a high level while working as a math teacher, the transition from NCAA racing to professional road running, and what it was like growing up and starting her running journey in Wyoming. Plus, she shares a peek into her training and some of the workouts that have helped her level up.
