Dr. Michael Stein views himself as a doctor first and a plastic surgeon second. He maintains long-term relationships with his patients, practices evidence-based medicine, and is well-versed in not only delivering beautiful results, but also supporting his patients from the first consultation through the years beyond.

Understanding the anxiety people go through when getting plastic surgery, Dr. Stein gives his patients a realistic understanding of what to expect throughout surgery and recovery and is transparent that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Born and raised in Canada, Dr. Stein moved to New York City to complete his fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital and fell in love with the city. Today, he applies his rich experience in both primary and revision breast surgery to run his cosmetic and reconstructive breast practice at the heart of Park Avenue, New York City.

To keep up with the preferences of busy New Yorkers, Dr. Stein is experienced with minimally invasive procedures and enjoys delivering non-surgical results to patients who may not need surgery yet.

Originally from a farming community in Montana, Dr. Baltrusch was the first in his family to attend college. With a passion for art and anatomy, he realized in middle school that he wanted to be a plastic surgeon. He landed in Portland, Oregon, for medical school and training, joined Portland Plastic Surgery Group and never looked back.

While building his own practice within a group, Dr. Baltrusch has added to his already abundant surgical knowledge. From body contouring after massive weight loss, to cosmetic breast surgery, to top surgery and breast cancer reconstruction, Dr. Baltrusch has a wide variety of patients and he loves being their biggest advocate throughout their unique journeys.

One of the first in the US to use threads, Dr. Olga Zilberstein traveled to Korea and London to educate herself on threads before they were available in the US. When new treatments catch her attention, she travels nationally and internationally to stay ahead of trends and bring the best home to New York City for her patients.

Widely respected for his honesty and transparency, Dr. Dilip Madnani’s purpose is to be the best in facial rejuvenation.
