We’ll discuss the biblical foundation for caring for your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), the benefits of exercise for physical and spiritual health, and practical ways to make fitness a consistent part of your holiday routine. Whether it’s finding time for a brisk walk, a workout at home, or a gym session, we’ll show you how to approach exercise as an act of worship and stewardship.

This episode offers encouragement, faith-filled motivation, and actionable tips for staying active and faith-focused during the busiest time of the year. Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned gym-goer, you’ll leave inspired to view your workouts as more than exercise—they’re opportunities to connect with Jesus and honor the gift of your body.
