How hard is it to come back from an injury? For BYU runner Meghan Hunter, it hasn't been easy. She broke her neck in a car accident that threatened her running career. Now, she's back to racing again, but it hasn't come without some struggles physically and mentally. Meghan reminds herself and us that progress isn't always linear.
