Ask yourself this question …
“Do I like myself?"
Now take out a piece of paper and fold it in half.
And then open it back up, and on one side …
Make a list of everything you like about yourself.
And then on the other …
Make a list of everything you don’t like about yourself.
Which of the two list is longer?
Now pick the top one from each list, and compare them.
These two are the opposing sides of yourself.
When looking at these two items, what emotions surface in your mind?
Now without harsh judgements, what can you do right now to change the top one from your don’t like list.
And in kind, do the same for the top one from your Like list, What can you do right now to make this one even better.
Do this for process with the remaining items from each list.
After you are finished, thank yourself that you about to change yourself for the better with each and every passing day. By working on yourself, little by little, until all the items on your don’t like side, have moved to the like side. And the items that were in your like list before, you can move them into the Really like list now.
