are just trivial passangers.

It was a summer day.
And old man strolled on a hill cheerfully.
那是一个夏日
一位老人正神清气爽地在山坡上散步


He wiped the perspiration on his forehead
with his sleeve and kept humming melodies
to entertain himself.
他用袖子拂去额头上的汗珠
哼着小曲自娱自乐


Suddenly,
he heard someone talking to him.
突然间
他听见有人跟他讲话


"Hello, sir."
你好，老先生


The old man turned around
but saw no one.
老人转过身
但并没有看见谁

"I'm here."
我在这呢

The voice came from beside his feet.
The old man looked down
and saw a beautiful lily.
声音是从他脚边传来的

"Sir, can I ask you a question?"
asked the lily.

"Sure, my child.
What do you want to know?"
said the old man.

The lily hesitated for a second and said:
"Why are you so happy?
You don't seem to have many days left to live."

the lily didn't wait for the old man to answer,
she just kept going on.

The old man laughed.

"Yes, I don't have many days left.
But, so what?"

我不同意你的观点，但我尊重你

With the years gone by,I have found that more and more people that I met have different views from mine.
随着一年一年过去我发现
我和越来越多的人观点不同

Sometimes I couldn't even use the word "different" to describe this, because our views were almost conflicting.
有时候甚至已经不能用“不同”来形容而是“针锋相对”

In the past,
I used to tend to argue with people like this.
I always wanted to persuade them all
and make them accept my view
while admitting that they themselves were wrong.
在以前
我倾向于和所有这样的人进行争辩
总是希望能在最终说服他们所有人
让他们接受我的观点并承认他们自己是错误的

But as time passed by I gradually came to realize that what I had been doing might be not right.
但是后来我发现这么做本身似乎就是错的

Every person has different experience.And our views are extracted from our own experiences.
每个人的经历都是不一样的，
而我们的观点正是自己经历的浓缩。

There are too much subjective things in these views.And we think there's no need
to question these beliefs.
这里面有太多主观的东西
有些东西在我们自己看来简直毋庸置疑

But when you ask yourself
"Why are these beliefs right?"
但是，当你问自己
“这些观点为什么是对的?”

The only answer you can give yourself
may just be "Because they are just right."
你所能给出的回答很可能
只是“因为就是对的啊”

And where is the logic in all of this?
那么，这里面的逻辑又在哪呢?

That's why now I choose to respect a person
even if our views are totally different.
所以，现在的我
即使观点和别人不同
也会选择尊重这种不同

Because, ultimately,
I cannot be sure that
what I think is right.
因为我真的无法确定
我自己的想法就是对的

Better let result be the judge.

“佛系生活”前段时间火的不得了

那“佛系”大意是：
有也行，没也行，不争不抢，不求输赢。
应用在实际生活中就是与其说是无欲无求，
不如说是
吃不到葡萄，我也不说葡萄酸我不吃就是了
这样的生活态度。
但别拿佛系生活来掩饰自己的碌碌无为
毕竟人生需要努力过后才知道自己潜力有多大。

have done a survey.
They asked a lot of people
what their greatest regret is.

it's that they didn't work hard enough
when they were young
and as a result they had achieved nothing.

Nowadays it seems popular for young people
to deliberately stay confused
and do nothing seriously.

I have been trying to write this for a while,
but the morphine
and lack of juicy cheeseburgers
(what has it been now,
five weeks without real food?)
have drained my energy
and interfered with whatever
prose prowess remains.

手机的定义，是一个人在公共场合坐着，让你看上去不那么孤独的好朋友。确实，在生活中，无聊、尴尬的时候我们会自然的拿出手机，解锁，看一眼时间，再无聊的关闭屏幕。

什么叫学习：旁边翻开一本教科书，聊着微信，吃着（零食），看着电视的行为。
童年暑假，爸妈上班了之后，你是不是也一样？

5.Friend
One of the many strangers on facebook.国内的话，应该叫One of the many strangers on wechat.朋友这词的理解是：脸书或是微信朋友圈里的那么多那么多陌生人中的其中一位。
这个相信大家都懂，聚餐后、出去游玩后添加一堆的新朋友，但是添加完成为好友，却很久都不曾联系的人

6.Money can't buy happiness
A saying created by poor people to help curb their jealousy of the rich.金钱买不到幸福:这个句子的意思是：穷人为了帮助抑制自己对富人的嫉妒而创造的一条谚语。好吧，这句话无力反驳，就像 流行的网络语：贫穷限制了我的想象力，该词也常常用来自嘲有钱人的世界、有钱人的生活我们一般人根本难以想象，

字面理解是：均衡饮食的定义，左右手各一个吃完就能胖三斤的乳酪汉堡，女孩子最在意的身材问题，但是还是那句老话，不吃饱怎么有力气减肥呢，说完就啃上一口汉堡

Women's secret code for:haha,sorry,you're f**ked.我们谈一谈吧，这句算是女生常用的潜台词：你完蛋了 or 你想shi啊！当然，还有一个残忍的问题是，前提是，你得有个......女朋友吧

9.Just kidding
what people used to say crap about you to you in your face and mean it but not be a complete jerk directly to you,but still are.
哎哟，开个玩笑啦,这个短语呢有时候就很心机，我就是故意要怼你，不服....那你也得接受：这个太直白、太社会啦，
