It is designed to listen on the go whilst you're doing other things, although please don't close your eyes to think about some of the questions if you're unable to do so (i.e. driving). Please stay safe whilst you listen!
Season three focuses on you and how amazing you are using tried and tested methods from Discover You, a successful group coaching program created by Jules.
This episode serves as an introduction to self-talk and perception. There is so much more to this subject, please reach out to Jules if you have any questions. Next week will look at our self-beliefs and the labels we place on ourselves.
