Melgical Sleepytime Stories

Melgical Sleepytime Stories is an original bilingual bedtime podcast, written and hosted for children by Melody ("Auntie Mel"). Each episode uses gentle guided meditation and imagination-based visualization to lead little dreamers into rest, through stillness, breathing, and quiet self-belief.

Every episode is built around a breathing exercise to help kids settle their bodies and emotions, as well as a "magic password" — a simple affirmation children carry with them into sleep. Stories also weave in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) concepts, so kids naturally practice recognizing feelings and building inner strength, without it ever feeling like a lesson.

The show is designed to be a true bedtime experience, one that feels safe with minimal stimulation, so children can genuinely relax and drift off to sleep. Which might be why so many parents end up listening right alongside their kids.

Ranked in the Top 3 in Kids & Family and Top 50 overall, Melgical Sleepytime Stories is loved by little listeners and grown-ups alike.

Each story releases first in Mandarin Chinese, followed by the English version the week after, so kids can enjoy the adventure twice and pick up a little language along the way.
