UK property investor, podcaster and trainer, Mike Stenhouse, gives us the benefit of his considerable wisdom on this week’s show. Mike shares the lessons he has learned from talking to other successful property investors in the 360 + episodes of The Inside Property Investing Podcast.

Mike explains why it’s important to force yourself to focus on just one or two strategies that are in line with your overall goals and objectives. He also advises expat property investors to  start by becoming an expert in one particular location before even thinking about branching out.

Mike and his partner Victoria’s portfolio consists of both HMOs and Serviced Accommodation but Mike gives his reasons for preferring the former to the latter.
