Integrating tools such as mindfulness in our lives, might seem uncomfortable, different, and even confusing at times, however, as it is a practice breaking through previous habits, and consciously implementing new ones, patience, curiosity and open mind play a key role on this lifelong journey.
And because I can share from experience the impact that the tool of Mindfulness have in the human lives, I decided to run a 30 days of Mindful Moments across all my social medias: Instagram, Private Facebook Group, LinkedIn and TikTok. If you haven’t connected with me through one of them, or all of them ;), perhaps this is the month you’ll like to do so. I’ll be posting a daily short video on how to become more mindful throughout your days, and that’s how we begin. It is never too late friend, and the truth is that by living a more mindful mind=being more present and actively engaged.
