I think one of the bravest thing you can do is openly share about your mental health illness when I know that #1 it can be so scary to do and #2 you might be scared at how people are going to react to what you have to say. So, I’m so grateful that for my first podcast interview, I got to interview an amazing woman like Abby. Abby’s a wife, beachbody coach, and food relationship coach who shares her stories about struggling with mental health and helps other build a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and themselves. In today’s episode she opens up with me about her struggles with anxiety, depression, and eating disorder. She talks about finding her passion in coaching and working with others also how she’s grown over the years and found coping mechanisms that has helped her since first dealing with her first anxiety attack.
