In this weeks episode, Caitlin and I continue to the challenging topic of loss of a pregnancy.
Up to 1 in 5 confirmed pregnancies end in miscarriage before 20 weeks.
Sadly for Caitlin, there were many complications in her pregnancy leading up to this point.
It is a conversation that doesn't happen enough, and I am so grateful and proud of Caitlin for coming out and telling her story and proving that there is light and strength at the end of the tunnel.
Please know that everything we discuss is our own opinions and experiences.

This week I, Charlie, am joined with my lovely friend Lauren as we discuss eating disorders, body dysmorphia and insecurities.
We talk about self love and healthy eating and our daily battles with body image.
This is such a huge and sensitive subject so please listen with care.
There is so much to cover in this topic, so allow this to be the opening of more conversations to come!

Welcome back to another episode of Mindfully Drifting!
In today's episode, I am joined again with my good friend Lindsie to talk about sex, contraception, STI's, menstrual cycles and losing my virginity.
We discuss how most school systems fail to educate students on sex and why these conversations are vital.
Lindsie speaks about her PhD studies, and I tell 101 stories about all my sexual experiences!
Please know that all opinions are our own. We are aware that we have only touched such a small part of this subject, and there will be so many more conversations stemming from this one, it is hard to speak in depth in such a small amount of time.
As there is so much sadness happening in the world today, I wanted to bring you a light-hearted topic. However, I still want to share some charities where you can send money to help those in Afghanistan and Haiti. If you can think of any more reliable sources, please let me know, and I will add them below.

I apologise I am struggling to find a reliable charity to send donations as there is so much speculation. If you can recommend any please let me know.
I hope you enjoy it and come back for the next episode next Wednesday!

In today's episode, my lovely friend Thea and I dig deep to discover what makes us vulnerable and why it is essential to embrace our vulnerability to be our most authentic selves.
We speak about our parents, our childhoods, and how vulnerability affects our new and old relationships.
Being vulnerable is inevitable, so it's time we should start embracing it!
I hope you enjoy it and come back for the next episode next Wednesday!

This week I am joined with my beautiful friend, nurse and fellow Londoner Lauren to discuss the crucial topics of racism, football, white privilege and how to be a better ally.
We also speak about Adam Goodes, a proud Indigenous man and former professional AFL player.
Lauren opens up so honestly about her experiences with racism here in Australia and those of her family back in London.
Change comes from uncomfortable conversations, so please allow this to be the first of many on Mindfully Drifting.
I hope you enjoy it and come back for the next episode next Wednesday!
